Eugene Garrod founded our company in 1978. Today we are one of the largest industrial hard chrome plating shops on the East Coast. Eugene's commitment to quality has been in place since day one, but was formally recognized in 1999 when Garrod Hydraulics became the first ISO 9002 certified supplier in hydraulic cylinder service and repair in the U.S.

Although our scope and capabilities have grown, we are a relatively small shop by design, which helps us remain flexible and responsive: able to deliver the problem-solving, money-saving assistance we're known for. With each customer, we establish a relationship built on trust and deliver unfailingly on our promises.
